Cancellation Policies
​​​​Direct bookings (via email or official website)

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.

For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before check-in, 30% of the total amount will be retained.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, 100% of the total amount will be retained.

In case of no-show (arrival without prior notice), the full amount of the stay will be charged.

No refunds are provided for early departures.

Bookings through external platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking, etc.)
Cancellations made through external platforms are subject to the cancellation policies selected at the time of booking on each portal. Please check the terms directly on the platform you used.

Changes to stay dates
We always do our best to accommodate our guests. Date changes can be requested, subject to availability. If the new dates fall within the same rate period and sufficient notice is provided, no additional fees will apply.
