Useful Information

Parking

The villa offers private parking, accessible via a narrow uphill road. For this reason, we recommend small-sized cars, no larger than a Volkswagen Golf.
The parking area can accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles.
If you are arriving with a larger vehicle, you will need to park on the main road. We will be happy to assist you with your luggage up to the villa.

Swimming Pool

  • The pool is open from May to October.

  • Please note that the water is not heated.

  • During the winter months, the pool is not available.

Extra Fees:

  1. City Tax​

         Mandatory and to be paid at check-in: €3 per person per day
         – Guests under 18 or over 75 are exempted from the city tax
         – Applies only to the first 7 nights of the stay

   2. Winter Heating
         From October to May, if heating is used, an additional cost of €40 per day applies.​

   3. Cleaning Fee
         A cleaning fee of €300 per week is required. This fee is mandatory and must be paid at the time of booking or upon check-in.

   4. Security Deposit        
        At check-in, a security deposit of €500 is required, which will be fully refunded a the end of the stay, provided no damages have occurred.

House Rules

To ensure everyone has a pleasant, safe and relaxing stay, we ask you to respect some simple rules. Small attentions that help us to keep the villa always welcoming and tidy.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM onward

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

If you have different needs, please contact us in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

​

Number of Guests

The villa accommodates up to 14 guests. Exceeding this number is not allowed without prior authorization.

​

Parties & Events

To ensure the peace and quiet of the area, parties are not permitted without prior approval. Friendly gatherings at the villa are always welcome, as long as they are respectful of the space and our neighbors.

Quiet Hours & Respect for the Area

Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, especially in outdoor areas. We kindly ask you to help us maintain the serenity of the surroundings and respect nearby homes.​

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but is permitted in the outdoor areas.

​

Pets

Pets are welcome.

​

Waste & Recycling

We kindly ask you to follow the recycling guidelines provided in the house. Respect for the environment is very important to us.

Emergencies & Contacts

For any need during your stay, we are always reachable. Useful contact information will be provided at check-in and is also available in the welcome book.
